"You can never go wrong with a Govinda's! This location is conveniently located off of Oxford street and is a great place to grab a quick meal with your friends or by yourself. They have very good buffet options the lentil soup was delicious, the same applies for the curry and the vegetables. The mint lemonade was very yummy!

beautiful place in the mayfair for a beautiful veg lunch! it is a type of canteen vibes, but if they are looking for a fast cheap eating in london is absolutely the place to go!

It is very frustrating to see that Govindas added a big “vegan” sign in front of the restaurant but never veganised their curries. Vegans have just one option of curry while vegetarians have the best curries (3 more options).

I'm disappointed that I discovered this place only now. good thalis for every appetit they have. the atmosphere was chaotic on Saturday afternoon, but I still managed to find a place and enjoy the meal. I will be back in any case! View menu

that was my second trip to govindas. as before, eating was excellent and very tasty £6.95 for rice, dahl, a side of veg curry, chopped salad and a pappadom. I wish there were more places like this (and thenga in the judd street) in london. food well cooked and cheap.

great value thali, they choose how many small dishes they want, e.g. 5 dishes for about £6, 8 dishes for £10, so great for lighter lunch or essential dinner, depending on how they feel. my selection included the two non-descripts veg curries of the day both very tasty, but they were the only two vegan curries available.
