"Worst experience ever. Went inside and no one cared or tried to greet customer. Found table by ourselves. Asked staff at the bar and no one ever wanted to answer any questions. A male waiter asked to wait at the table. 15 mins, no one came to ask anything. Went back to the bar and asked if we can do take away. The answer was ‘Go back to wait at the table, take away was not possible’ We had enough of waiting so we left, wasting our time nearly 20-25 mins for nothing. Will not recommend this place to anyone."

First time in this coffee shop and it was very good. Had a black coffee together with a delicious omelette and my wife had a lemonade together with a chocolate cake. Fantastic!

A beautiful, sunny morning with views toward the Limmat is a nice way to relax and enjoy the time passing by. An awesome people watching spot, a tasty soy milk hot chocolate and gipfel, and friendly staff was much appreciated on my visit.

Had dinner here with my girlfriend. The food was very tasty, we had the paninis (recommended). The service was friendly and could also speak good English. The price is more expensive than in the Netherlands, but compared to the other cafes it is not too bad. The atmosphere is less because you sit next to the tram and the seats are comfortable for a while.
