"Very dear team, I would like to inform you that we were unfortunately very dissatisfied with our visit to your restaurant. The service left a lot to be desired, the waitress in particular was not focused on her tasks. She neglected to bring the cutlery to my little son even though she served the plate of pasta. It was obvious he had no cutlery, but she didn't notice. We were also served two salads that were both cold and tasteless. We also had to wait five minutes before I had to ask the waitress to bring us bread. Normally it goes without saying that bread is served with a salad. Furthermore, my wife and I ordered entrecôte steaks and I asked to replace the third sauce, which is usually served with garlic, with another one. Here too there was no interest on the part of the waitress to fulfill our wish. We regularly go to good restaurants and like to tip appropriately. Some restaurants also offer small coloring books for children. However, the service from this waitress was terrible and did not meet our expectations. "Tschaglis is my go to kebab snack bar. The flatbread and the meat are very tasty, the kebab is generously filled. What's particularly great: the children's kebab with the extremely well seasoned fries! Our seven year old has no chance of eating a normal kebab, so this size is perfect no food waste!"

"Hatte eine Mezze für zwei Personen bestellt. Selbstabholung ist 10 CHF günstiger was sympathisch erschien. Aber Achtung, lassen Sie sich nicht von der Menge (7 Gerichte täuschen, denn das Essen schmeckt schrecklich!! Es ist alles beim Grossisten eingekauft, Deckel auf und ohne Verbesserung in einen Takeaway-Behälter geklatscht!! Der Hummus, Baba ganoush und Dosengemüse schmeckten weder frisch noch authentisch und hatten nichts mit libanesischem Essen zu tun. Abgesehn von den aufgewärmten TK Produkten (Fleischtaschen, Falafel, Kibbeh Meklieh usw. war die glatte Petersilie für den Taboulé Salat lieblos durch einen Hexler gejagt und in 1 cm grobe Petersilieblätter mit max 7 Bulgurkörner und mit Zitronensaft Konzentrat hergestellt. Schade, dass so ehrliches und frisches libanesisches Essen so lieblos und industriell hergestellt (vom Grossisten verkauft werden kann. Jetzt weiss ich auch wieso das Restaurant immer leer ist!!"

"Haben 2 Coupé bestellt. Durften nicht da sitzen wo bedeckt war. Mussten an der prallen Sonne das Eis essen. Es war einfach gefroren überhaupt nicht cremig. Die Kekse waren einfach weich, bedeutet die waren alt. Bedienung war nicht gerade motiviert, sagt eigentlich schon alles. Preis wäre fair für die Schweiz aber ich würde da nicht mal gratis essen.
