A wonderful old fashioned pub located in a quiet small village just outside Woodbridge. Really good menu at reasonable prices. Food and service were faultless and we will certainly go back..

An absolutely delightful pub and restaurant. Great food, great service, cheap and located in a small beautiful village. They even served my laboratory with a small bowl of free treats (a lot to his pleasure).

Fantastic meal on Tuesday night, thank you. The dog is our favorite audience for excellent steak! It was perfectly cooked. We especially loved the big mushrooms, really juicy and sweet and we loved the taste of possibly rosemary with it?! Delicious peppermint sauce. Perfect dessert. The ghost ship beer was beautiful and my daughter even said the coke was so much better I don't know why it seems to try chlorine in some pubs! . It is not the cheapest steak, but you can always expect a good size and perfectly cooked. It's the best pub in the area for food. Only a small point was that they were a bit slow to clean our plates, but the pub was very busy!
