"I visited this restaurant and ordered the Holy burger (£11.95) with added mushrooms (an outrageous £2.95 extra for a few slices), a small glass bottle of diet Coke (£3.25), and some fries (£4.95). However, when the food arrived, it was all cold. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter, but instead of remaking the food, he simply apologized and offered to deduct something from the bill and give me a free coffee, which I declined. When the bill arrived, I noticed that he had only removed the optional service charge (£2.89), so I mentioned that since this charge was optional, I believed they should have reduced the cost of the actual food. The waiter acknowledged my point but said that was all he could do. I will not be returning. The final bill came to £23.10 for a cold burger and fries. I would advise others to avoid this restaurant."

Great staff. Milkshakes really good. But burgers are pretty bad. Especially the veggie burger quinoa spread on bread! Come on!

The burger patties at this restaurant are disappointingly small, especially considering the high price of 11-12 pounds. Overall, all portions were small for the amount charged.

I tried the chicken wings with goat cheese and the Goatfather burger with goat cheese and zucchini. It's a great place to take a break from shopping and don't forget to check out the behind-the-scenes of the John Lewis Elton John ad.

Visited here for a quick bite to eat before heading home it was lovely. It wasn’t too busy so we were seated fairly quickly. The staff were very friendly accommodating the food was delicious very generous in size. Highly recommended! View menu

Was in John Lewis during lunch and thought hey I would get me a fancy burger for lunch. The only good thing about the lunch was the staff, they were welcoming and pleasant. A burger that touted their beef and named it holy, I was left largely underwhelmed and chucking my French fries in the bin on the account that they were chewy and tasteless, the burger was over cooked and very greasy, now I am left hungry and feeling queasy.

There are many burger joints in the vicinity, but this one is the least appealing. The buns are hard, the meat is tough, and the flavor leaves much to be desired. Both my companion and I felt unwell after our meal. Additionally, we were taken aback by the high price of £48 for two burgers, one order of fries, and two sodas. The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. I felt it necessary to leave this review due to the numerous negative aspects of this establishment.

Located in John Lewis on Oxford Street, this restaurant may have a unique name but it certainly lives up to expectations. It is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the large shopping center, with a clean and cozy atmosphere. The Pronto service is quick and efficient, provided by friendly Italian staff. The menu offers a variety of options, including bark and lamb burgers, tuna fish, veggie burgers, smoothies, Italian beer and wine, gelato, and tiramisu. The espresso and cappuccino are also top-notch. It's the perfect spot to relax and refresh during a busy day of shopping. View menu

Are you a restaurateur looking to open a burger bar? It seems like everyone is doing it these days, but only a few stand out from the crowd. Sure, you could choose a basic name like Burger Bones or Dirty Patty, offer some craft beers and salads for the non-meat eaters, and watch the money flow in. But where's the fun in that? What you really need is a unique selling point (USP) that will set your burger bar apart from the rest. You could try to make the best burger in London, but let's face it – you'll never surpass Meatliquor or Patty Bun in terms of food quality. That's a non-starter.

So was shopping in John Lewis and needed to get some lunch and discovered this restaurant.Seemed a bit quiet but this was fine as I wanted to kill some time as well has have something to eat.I am not very good at choosing something to eat when it comes to burgers so I asked the waiter for some advice. You also get a choice of the bun as well. He suggested the sourdough. I cannot remember the name of burger I went for. I also ordered fries with bacon and cheese to go with it. The burger is lean and together with the other lettuce, cheese and bacon, all made a lovely combination. The chips were very crunchy and the cheese and bacon made the experience that much better. Was a very relaxing expe...

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
