A lovely meal I collected tonight, beautifully cooked, seems strange that the same person gave bad reviews.

had again a fantastic meal from the happy wok new milton. our visitors liked it so much that they will order their Chinese meals in future.

Good ingredients, nice selection of mushrooms but so very bland, no seasoning or any spice. Had happy family, chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. Good service on phone and delivery guy friendly but sadly would not use again.

New to area so tried for first time tonight what a mistake. Rang in order told about an hour so one and half hours later rang to see what was happening only said be with you in mins no apology obviously had forgotten. Maybe the worst Chinese I had in my life. for the courts it took an hour to arrive, the supplier looked really angry down. the food was lukewarm and the veg was understated. the black buzz and garlic dish tasted. the same, both without taste and sauce was watery. really shocking bad. never again.

Had a Friday night takeaway, lady was friendly. Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are ok. The problem is the food is pretty unappetising. The spring rolls were like cardboard and only lightly filled. The spare ribs tasted like they were cooked hours ago....This area needs a good Chinese takeaway, the Happy Wok is not it.

I waited over hr mins for a delivery promised within minutes only to find that the kitchen the order was wrong and the right food I was ordered and was delivered for delivery and to add insult was...lukewarm! . at contacting with them I was given a full of excuses delivery delay and, besides an acknowledgement that the kitchen had only received the delivery incorrectly, no Despite this discarding failure, the only offered recourse was a credit against a future order! seriously, why should someone reorder? I have ordered beforehand without question meal times, but this cavalier attitude to a situation in which the liability for their own fault was made, but no refund is unacceptable. this was...
