"Die Atmosphäre in der Burgschänke ist genial rustikal.......die Küche ist gute deutsche Küche........sehr lecker sind alle Gerichte.......wir waren dort schon mehr als 10 Mal in den letzten 2 Jahren und werden dort auch noch öfters hingehen.Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.......für Kinder werden gleich Malbücher angeboten.....das Essen draußen, entweder vor oder hinter dem Restaurant ist toll........super gemütlich bei schönem Wetter und tolle Aussicht.Preise sind ok und das lecker Gezapfte Einbecker Dunkel ist echt nicht zu toppen !!!In unseren zahlreichen Besuchen haben wir sicher schon die ganze Karte durch, und können deshalb mit Sicherheit sagen das jkeines der Gerichte enttäuscht.....zudem wird immer eine kleine, feine saisonale Karte angeboten........Absolut empfehlenswert und alle Freunde und Bekannte die zusammen mit uns dort waren , sind ebenso begeistert wie wir........."

"I visited this restaurant because it never disappointed me. it is just an amazing place to visit. the quality of eating is always amazing. They are huge and I love the addition of the little salad and bruschetta that you do not order, but they just come along with between cursing, small desserts after that they have not ordered, and always a few house drinks there after. it is great to still see the same waiter and management there after all this time and it is always busy. a real local hangout as well as a visitor target. I hope to see it for a long time."

"this caffe on the marketplace is beautifully located so that they can sit and watch how the world passes. the menu has tapas (small teller), but also salads and Italian dishes (pizza, pasta etc). the food I had eaten there was delicious and came with. extra side garnish. apart from coffee etc., they are licensed, so they can have wein or beer with their lunch. charming service also."

"Firstly being greeted by the sign with the words welcome to the town of the brewery and secondly walking through the pretty streets with the lovely renovated wood frame houses makes you hungry and thirsty. One of the old houses happens to be the Brodhaus....It has a few tables outside (not the stable ones) but a set more inside. Both looked very clean and inviting but the sun made the game and we decided to sit outside with our beer and food. The amicable service helped us through the menu which, not in writing, included three kids menus which just suited our kids: fish fingers with fried potatoes, Schnitzel with fried potatoes and Spaghetti with tomato cream sugo. We had the Mustard Schnitzel and pig roast and both was delicious. The gravy was a little bit on the standard size and it really got jelly when it got cold. But it was good food and I recommend it to everyone. The menu seemed to include some of the more experimental German style food like asparagus with tomato sauce and Spaghetti so there might be something for the adventurer, too. The wait staff was a little inattentive and forgot to sell some more drinks to us in the sun and we had to go inside to get someone to pay."
