"The setting for the tea room is a quintessential rural village. A pub, a church, various picturesque cottages, and the tea room. It was very busy, always a good sign, with an array of cakes and pastries to choose from, but also a menu of hot and cold lunches. Service was relaxed, not the quickest, but it's not a setting for a quick turnaround. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, the food was great, and recommend it to anyone thinking of popping in. A wonderful little tea room in a small pretty village. Well worth a visit! My granddaughter was 13 so we booked afternoon tea, and we were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. It was very busy so I would recommend booking in advance!
