"We regularly visit the Smoke House in Histon and is our favourite restaurant in the village. Eamon one of the partners is very welcoming and remembers the little things. Food and table service is excellent . Operates safe one way system (enter through rear door and leave by the front door). Adequate parking either in their carpark or outside in the road. Lovely location, we like sitting at the front overlooking the Green. Highly recommended. Finally they are open mornings for coffee, breakfast, brunches, lunch time and evenings. There us a function room on the first floor for meetings and craft events."

excellent service for a party of 9 to birthday brunch. the food was good. it was only complaining that it was a bit cool in the area at the front of the building where we sat.

The food here is delicious but the staff really make this venue so attentive and friendly relaxed about us working all afternoon in a quiet corner. The meat melts in your mouth chicken wings and ribs and spoilt for choice with the sauces. Watching weight in January but the sweet potato fries very nice

Had the corn ribs starter which I had really enjoyed on a previous visit, I had 4 before I couldn’t eat anymore as they made me feel sick, 2 were fine but the other two were sort of slimy, not sure what it was but unfortunately was enough to ruin my evening as I’m autistic and tastes and textures affect me greatly and I had been so excited to come to this place again.
