Velké zklamání. Žádný respekt, jen past na turisty. Silně nedoporučuji pokud chcete aby s vámi jednali s úctou. Samozřejmě, tady je přeložená a upravená odpověď s přidanou informací o tom, že politika nebyla jasně komunikována a o tvé interakci s číšníkem: Thank you for your response, but I must express my deep disappointment with your approach, which I perceive as discriminatory. Your lunchtime only policy was enforced despite many tables being empty, and my beverage order would have still contributed to your revenue regardless of the lunchtime claim. This treatment is incomprehensible to me and reflects a poor business strategy. Moreover, there are multiple similar negative experiences reported on Google, indicating that this problem is not isolated. Negative reviews of your restaurant not only address the service but also the quality of the food. These reviews should serve as valuable feedback for you to improve your services, not as a platform for attacking those who dare to criticize. By registering your business on Google, you opened yourselves up to public reviews. However, your responses suggest that you wish to selectively validate which experiences are acknowledged, much like how you select your customers. It 's evident that your knowledge about the hospitality industry is limited, as shown by the volume of negative reviews. Instead of spending time improving your services, it seems you choose to spend it attacking customers who express their opinions online, which is unprofessional and detrimental to both your reputation and your customers ' experience. I would like to add that your policy was not visibly posted anywhere, and the waiter explicitly asked if I wanted to eat or just have a drink, and even provided me with a drinks menu. This inconsistent messaging and treatment are what prompted my initial review. I hope you take this feedback seriously and start treating your customers with the respect and decency they deserve. E che dire, un giorno a Venezia nel weekend dei santi e abbiamo pranzato qui.. bella la giornata, bella l'aria, bravissimo e professionale il cameriere veneziano.. Poor quantity/price ratio: the size of the dishes leaves you hungry. The service is too fast even though we asked to take our time for the aperitif. Moreover, the plate is barely finished when it is already taken away from us... It looks like they are trying to kick us out. Disappointed for this first restaurant in Venice. Da raccomandare, mangiato benissimo, antipasto di pesce, grigliata mista, tagliatelle con tonno fresco e spaghetti alle vongole, vino acqua e caffè il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia e disponibilità del personale che ci ha fatto veramente sentire a nostro agio. i prezzi sono più che onesti per la location. Solitamente non scrivo recensioni ma questa volta mi sono sentito in dovere di farlo. Complimenti
