"We stayed in the hotel for a wedding and it had been recommended by family who live locally. The room we stayed in was OK, probably due a bit of TLC but more than adequate considering the price. The service, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic. We were made to feel really welcome and they went out of their way to accommodate us quite possibly the best hospitality I have received at a hotel or B&B. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was excellent which was a welcome bonus."

Hotel's bankrupt. We were outside a door. You can book online, but not this. There's a lady across the street from a brocant. Thanks to her, we can still get into a veille france hotel. This hotel needs to be ruled out of all the bike routes entc. Be warned!

Booked Sunday lunch, gave a French landline number. Arrived on time to find the restaurant closed. Went in via the back entrance to be met by a young man who said the heating had broken down. Asked if we had been phoned but did not seem at all apologetic. We had not been phoned, no message on the answerphone and no logged calls. Pity I have to give it one star.
