We buy takeaway from hua xin every time we’re in town and food always arrives very quickly and is to a very good standard. Keep up the good work!

There is room for improvement, but I have definitely experienced worse Chinese takeout before. The restaurant is now under new management and has made several improvements, but it is still not very impressive. View menu

They call them chicken balls!!! I don't know what meat I put into my mouth last night but it was nothing that represented chicken I couldn't eat anymore. They were either really undercooked or rabbit or rat meat. Everything else was ok but don't order the balls

WORST CUSToMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER GET. After an hour and half of no food I rang to be hung up on several times. They also told me their website was down after we paid so if we hadn't called no food, no money back. He asked me if I would like to speak to the boss and i said yes, the boss hung up on me. They kept talking over me after saying the place is too busy and noisy and hung up. TERRIBLE wil never order from here again

We ordered : peeking style ribs which my husband liked crispy chilli beef not particularly chillied but very crispy Ho fun vegetables like most london noodle houses as expected. vegetable curry typical uk chinese take on curry salt and peper squid heavy on the batter and slightly overcooked prawn toast crispy delivered hot and promptly monday night. We were happy with our order and when we are in the mood for this type of chinese we would definitely order form here again. If you are looking for authentic regional chinese then this isn't it. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. When I called to place a takeaway order, I was continuously hung up on and told to order through their website. Even when I tried to inform them of my dietary requirements, I was hung up on again. To make matters worse, my order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive, missing items and not meeting my dietary needs. When I contacted Hua Xin, they refused to send the missing items or refund me for them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment.

The food is actually quite good but unfortunately the customer service let's them down, ordered through just eat to be delivered at a specific time and the food was delivered 45 minutes early, phoned the restaurant and they said that they did not receive the delivery time from just eat, I was informed that next time I could hand the food back! Phoned just eat who said this was absurd. Just eat then phoned the restaurant who denied they said this. Only then, 30 minutes later did the restaurant offer a solution that they would redeliver. I spent £55 on my order an hour ago. When I received the order, there was a chow mein missing (I ordered 2). I called the restaurant to inform them, and the lady on the phone said she would speak to the delivery driver and call me back. However, I did not receive a call back. Instead, 15 minutes later, the delivery driver and a person I assumed was one of the owners knocked on my door. They asked why I had called and accused me of only receiving one bag of food instead of two in a rude manner. I was confused as to why both the driver and owner had come together, and I was shocked to be falsely accused. The driver said they would go back to the restaurant and bring the missing chow mein.
