Twice Iv had problems with this restaurant made bookings got there n they said they double booked the table no apologies try to giv me another table in middle of the room which I didn’t want that’s why I booked in the window place is cramped so rude never going back no stars for me

Chicken balti keema curry looked exactly the same ie same sauce, lots of tomatoes very orange in colour. Hardly any pieces of chicken keema what keema! Thought it would have improved from our first experience but unfortunately not. I would go to the Merrymaid in Highgate or Hen Chickens in constitution hill as that is what you call a curry. Outstanding service! We often dine at the restaurant, but tonight we opted for takeout. Since I don’t eat red meat, I was surprised to receive a lamb curry by mistake. I called them, and they were very understanding. They quickly provided me with the chicken dish I had originally ordered. Great service from a wonderful local curry house! Overall a poor experience, we ordered the Takha dhall and it was like a soup, we also ordered the mixed grill which had a single prawn and to make it look big a tandoori bone with no meat. Dry portions of meat. Service was also poor we had to ask 3 times for water and there were a total of 6 people in. Do yourself a favour and walk into sutton where you have much better choice. Bring your own beer and wine is a great feature at this restaurant. While it might affect their profits, it’s a good way for customers to save money. I had two poppadoms, vegetable biryani, and a trio of naan for just under £15. I noticed that the chutney was initially added to my bill, but they removed it after I brought it to their attention. The curry wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was still pretty good. The service was very accommodating. I’d recommend giving them a try. Service: Dine-in.

The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process seamless. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant, even from afar, was inviting and warm, also deserving a 5.
