"We arrived in this small town via the spectacular long ski route from the top of the ischgl ski area where we were staying. It has a very beautiful location surrounded by woods and high mountains. Sadly, too much of the modern development is geared towards tax-free shopping with garish signage which jars badly with the scenic background.This restaurant has a central location below the montana hotel.It is wood clad throughout with a nice swiss mountain atmosphere.it served mostly pizza, pasti and rosti which was just what we ten hungry skiers needed for a late lunch. ( it was a quiet lunchtime and nobody had ordered racletye or fondu)Our food arrived promptly and was of a higher standard than the equivalent offering in the mountain restaurants on the austrian side of the border.Prices for main course , drink plus espresso worked out at e28 a head."

Herrliches Ambiente, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, gute Auswahl und ausgezeichnete Qualität! Das Safran-Risotto mit Garnelen sowie das Carpaccio als Vorspeise waren ein Traum! Pizza und Pasta waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Alles perfekt und ein MUST in Samnaun!

Satisfied with all the pasta dishes I tried. The pizza was also nice but the only minus was that the pepperonis were those pickled ones from the jar. I am not a big fan of their sourness so I had to take them out of...the pizza. One would expect fresh pepperonis on his Italian style pizza. View menu

Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Essen wie immer Top. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren hier und kommen gerne wieder: Wie immer Top und wir können das Restaurant allen, die gerne sehr gutes Essen haben und ein tolles Ambiente möchten nur empfehlen. Aber: Nicht nur das Essen ist Top, nein auch die Weinkarte: Es hat für jeden alles: Wer sehr guten Wein möchte zu vernünftigen Preisen (offen oder in der kleinen Flasche), ist genau so gut bedient wie jemand, der absolute Top Weine möchte und wo der Preis keine Rolle spielt. Ich bin zudem sehr überrascht, dass man absolute Spitzenweine auch im Offenausschank bekommen kann. Vielen Dank dafür.
