"Horrible service like you 've never experienced during a ski day. After a line of 7-8 had formed to order a drink at the bar and waiting for 15mins and hearing I 'm busy now, wait finally brought the wrong order. When someone commented you 're not very friendly , she responded Yes, I know thank you It 's a pity as the restaurant has character for a change."

"Wir waren zum Abendessen im Alrausch und wurden schon am Telefon freundlich gefragt ob wir kostenlos abgeholt werden wollten. Wir sind aber mit dem Auto gefahren und haben im Restaurant-eigenen Parkhaus parkiert. Die Bedienung super freundlich, das Restaurant zwar neu (2012), aber urig gemütlich. Wir hatten Kinderpizza, Salat mit Hühnchenbrust und die Rippchen. Alles super genial. Da der Kaiserschmarrn ca 30-40 min benötigt hatten wir diesen gleich mit den Hauptspeisen bestellt, und dieser war ein Gedicht! Wir lieben Kaiserschmarren-aber dieser war der Beste EVER! Ein gelungener Abend, die Preise normal-wir kommen wieder."

"The restaurant is really big and beautiful, with an incredible panorama over the Swiss Alps towards Italy and the Samnauer Valley. The restaurant is at the mountain cable station and can be reached in two minutes on foot. If you sit on the large terrace, you can see chamois or marmots, like us. The food was so-so. My dumpling soup was sour. This means the soup is a little older and has become sour. The dumpling was very tasty. My complaint was immediately taken seriously and we received a grappa. That was really fair. Otherwise it is really very nice here and recommended."

"So ... to the 4 points. It's just a stopover. More like a canteen. But... the food is really delicious, the service is top notch, just as you could wish for it. OK, we were there outside of the ski season, but everything worked out for us. Tip: Buy the menu at the bottom of the cable car. It's worth it for two reasons. Firstly, you save yourself a few Fränklis and secondly, it's also delicious. And that's not just because of the mountain air! Little murmurs and ibexes were our onlookers and so we not only had something to satisfy our hunger, but also something for the eyes. Keep it up."

"Samnaun ist ein kleine Natur Oase mit viel Charme, deswegen werden wir wieder kommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, die Lage ist perfekt, die Restaurants sehr gut, der gesamte Wellnessbereich harmonisch und das Team ist spitze. Valentina beim Frühstück ist uns ans Herz gewachsen Angelina ist eine sehr qualifizierte Friseurin mit Charme, Rocco massierte uns entspannt mit den St Barth ölen himmlisch. Das Personal ist motiviert freundlich und das spürt man. Wir haben teilweise die Hauseigentümer gesehen sie sind aktiv im Alltag dabei sehr freundlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Das einzige was mir fehlte war die Möglichkeit die Gemüse u Fruchtsäfte morgens selber am Buffet zu kreieren. Dafür war der Rest so gut das es alles Top war. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit hier in Samnaun."
