"Restaurante familiar en un precioso, recondito y pequeño pueblo en medio de los valles Pasiegos, ESLES, que hacia varios años que no visitaba. NADA HA CAMBIADO, Marian y José con el resto del equipo en primera linnea de una gastronomía donde la puntuación se dispara al último dígito. Unas mollejas para abrir boca esperando la ensalada de fua y jamón con tomatiltos cherry. COCIDO MONTAÑÉS!!! y CABRITO LECHAL ASADO!!! las mayúsculas me ahorran palabras. Postres caseros con una LECHE FRITA que Marián le da orla para llegar a la mesa con Matrícula de Honor y que combinada con queso fresco pasiego es manjar para cualquier paladar. Un poco de cata en vinos de Ribera como VALDUERO dos maderas y un clásico PAGO DE CARROVEJAS que han maridado a la perfección. Sólo puedo añadir para terminar está opinión: GRACIAS!!!"

Excelente comida. La atención genial. Todos los platos riquísimos, mollejas, callos, asadurillas... Solomillo riquísimo. Y por supuesto no te vayas sin probar los postres. Calidad-precio excelente. El entorno espectacular. Gracias por una experiencia tan buena.

Renovated restaurant (although with a twenty-year filming) and with a quiet atmosphere surrounded by a spectacular setting in Cantabria. The attention of Carmen and Marián is very professional, I have dealt little with the rest of the staff to value them. Nice place to eat like Kings. The food is spectacular. Good amounts. The super tender squid rings, the delicious sausage, the excellent cheese (with blueberry jam in case you want to mix it up), the tender and juicy meats... The delicious desserts in this order: cheesecake, grandmother's cake, fried milk , puff pastry and cream.... The waitresses are very attentive.... The price is not cheap, but the exceptional quality, to treat yourself sometime, great. We will return for sure. Great find.
