"We ate at Joy in Ashtead, as a party of 6 on Saturday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff were very kind, polite and attentive and the food was delicious! The portions are large and good value for money. The tables, seating and general restaurant decor is of good quality and the facilities are very clean and accessible! I wouldn't hesitate to bring a group here again for a celebratory meal, or just as a couple for a good evening meal."

The only thing that was disappointing was dirty, the waiter had to give us dirty into a bunch another. The plates were cold not warm, but the food was nice and value for money

We have given this restaurant multiple opportunities, but our first experience was disappointing. The flavors of the food were all too similar and overly sweet, making it difficult for anyone to eat much of it.

Good meal, have been to this restaurant before. The only Kritism is that they keep you waiting for your meal while they are away with all the intake, so although we booked an early 7pm meal we did not eat until about 8. View menu

The restaurant was uncertain about taking the £20 food check we had and said they left open 2 months ago. So overall open and the restaurant has to find out what's going on. Either remove it from the lists or make sure it looks at bookings

Food was good and service was fine but slow. Always difficult on new year's eve so no complaints on service but unfortunately we were put on a table at the back in an alcove with very poorly behaved young children not the restaurant's fault but next time we will insist on being moved.
