"walking on the waterfront with my wife, we stopped at lunch in this little restaurant that has a very small veranda. the place is without great pretenses (paper tablecloths and napkins,) but the service is rather fast, and that's what we were looking for. goose dishes and honest prices, considered the location of the place. excellent boiled sea appetizer and good also the classic spaghetti with the drain. to keep in mind."

The service was good, staff were very friendly and spoke English. Reasonably priced, good (strong) cocktails! Would recommend

the starter of bruschetta was nice enough. pizza was a little watery and nothing to complain about the penne pasta. fair prices and excellent service.

Frozen pizza badly and unmangiant, spaghetti with clams and the mediocre rock, sweets quite appetible. nice location taking into account the surrounding place. poorly efficient service, I gave stars only because the maid is hypermegafregna.

"The food and the hospitality at this little spot are both spot on. You would be a fool to not visit here at least once during your time in the Tuscan seaside town of Viareggio. Unless you plan to make their dinner service right as they open, be sure to make a reservation in advance as the tiny spot fills up very quickly. From the moment we arrived for our dinner reservation the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and as if we were right at home. As soon as we were settled in, our waiter brought us a small welcome dish from the chef that he described to us a typical Tuscan soup. I don 't know what it was called but it was delicious! For our food, we ordered their tordelli with meat ragu sauce after our waiter informed us it 's a typical type of ravioli in that region. You 'll quickly learn as you travel through Italy that each region and often many towns and cities have their own unique ways of creating their pasta dishes that you can only find in that region. The recommendation was a good one because the dish was delicious! For our main, we ordered the Pork Steak Senese which consisted of pre-cut grilled pork with parmesan and balsmamic and grilled trevisano (a type of leafy green). It didn 't look the most appetizing when it was placed in front of us but looks can be deceiving because it was another delicious dish. To wrap up what was already an enjoyable meal, when our waiter brought our bill he also placed a small tray of almond biscuit cookies topped with powdered sugar, a dessert typical of the Tuscan region, as another compliments of the kitchen. Between the tasty food and the small gestures of hospitality, we will definitely be back to dine here if we ever found ourselves in Viareggio again."
