The waffles are smaller Use to be food cos you used to share with people now its a small waffle on a big plate The service was ok ! But I think the food has gone a bit downhill

Just rubbish. Crepe was like eating a rubber band. Dry and chewy with a small amount of sauce on top nothing inside. Hot chocolate float said you can choose the ice cream, this is not true. Bad experience, slow service. Won’t be coming back

I enjoyed the gloomy and the whole experience. you have to go up and order, but for me it took about 10 minutes until the waffel and the suns came out that were amazing! the price of both came at £13, but it is worth definitiw if only for a contract. View menu

We enjoyed the ice cream and pudding during our visit. The portions were quite large and we needed to share. The flavors and presentation were fantastic. The only downside was the waiting time for the order, which could be around 15-20 minutes, but it was definitely worth it.

Even though it was not busy, none of us received our orders at the same time. We were told we could only pay cash or on the App, so we opted to do that, but the App was terrible with missing products and very slow. Morale was bad and it seemed nobody really cared. When ice cream costs over £10 each, it needs to be a lot better than this.

it was my first visit and hopefully not my last. I decided to have a love of white chocolate so that the strawberry indulge, it was a waffel bottom with cut strawberry, white chocolate sauce, white chocolate flakes and whipped cream, washed with a white hot chocolate. it was beautiful and only slightly sweet. the staff was very friendly, helpful and the place was clean. the only part was waiting, but they were very busy. If I could give this restaurant a 0 rating, that's what they should have received at 9:00 pm on 24/08. We arrived just before closing time at 10:00 pm, but the staff had already put a sign on the door without realizing it was only 9:00 pm. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, the guy in charge refused to seat my family, yet allowed a group of young men to be seated. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially since I work in customer service at a hotel where we welcome guests until closing time. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We decided to treat ourselves to what we remember as a belly busting filling desserts.... Tall sundae glasses filled to the brim with icecream and if there were added chocolates, there would be dozens. It would take forever to finish and you would roll out of Kaspas. We expected the price increase, but we weren't ready for the nasty surprise. The sundae glasses are half the size they used to be and you're lucky if you get one token biscuit/ chocolate on the top of your dessert. My M&M base waffle had two M&M's in the whole base! What a disappointing and expensive experience. Definitely not worth the money as it barely hits the spot, so you leave feeling cheated.

I took my children to this restaurant and it had a classic American diner feel, with pink booths and decadent desserts. When we arrived at 8pm, the waitress seemed annoyed and insisted we all sit in one booth because she had already cleaned the other area. We thought it was close to closing time, but then learned they were open until 11pm! It wasn't the warmest welcome and left a negative impression. We ordered a variety of desserts including crepes, cookie dough, and Oreo. The food was tasty, but very rich as expected.
