"I've ordered delivery meals from Kaya multiple times before, and eaten at the restaurant as well, and been quite impressed. However, today, my meal is nowhere in sight more than an hour (at the time of writing) after it should have arrived, and when I phoned to ask where it was, the person on the other end of the telephone shouted at me I don't know what they said as it wasn't in English, but the tone was not particularly friendly and hung up.
