"After reading the previous reviews, I was unsure about placing an order at this restaurant. However, I was hungry and decided to give it a try. Despite the fact that my order arrived in 30 minutes (on a Monday night when the trip would have only been 5 minutes), the delivery person was pleasant. The food itself was quite enjoyable, although the butter was a bit too oily for my liking. The naan, paratha, and swirl were all delicious as well. I cannot speak to the experiences that others have written about, but I can say that my own experience was very positive. In fact, the meal was even better than most Indian restaurants in the area that offer delivery to where I live."

My family and I frequently order takeout from Khusbu. The delivery is fast, the food is hot, not greasy, and very delicious. We also receive a 15% discount on online orders. I highly recommend this place! View menu

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. I have been coming here for years and I always enjoy the Chicken Pakora. They are willing to adjust the heat level of all dishes to your preference. The specials, balti, tikka, and breads are all delicious as well.

Having just moved to the area I was intrigued by the local takeaways. Khusba is very well priced and has a good variety in its menu. Having always gone to the spice in Elmstead I think I have been converted due to the price and in some of the meals a better taste. Always gonna prefer other restaurants way of cooking certain meals but on the whole Khusba is extremely good and we have ordered a few more times than I would expect mainly due to the ease of ordering online.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have always praised the quality of their food to others. However, my last two takeout orders have been extremely disappointing. The portion sizes were smaller, the food lacked flavor, the onion salad was just chopped onions with no other ingredients, the naan was burnt, the mushrooms were shriveled, and the vegetable selection seemed cheaper. Unfortunately, after experiencing a second poor meal, I have decided not to dine at Khusbu again. View menu

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and ordered a meal for two. I had to place my order over the phone and when I got home, I discovered that I only received one chicken korma instead of two. I called the restaurant and they sent another one promptly, but to my surprise, they asked me to give the wrong dish back to the delivery driver. I was shocked that a restaurant would ask for an incorrect dish to be returned, as it poses health and hygiene risks. For this reason alone, I would not recommend this restaurant.

My family and I have been using this Indian take away for a number of months now be we are never disappointed. The food is lovely, the menu provides a good variety and most importantly, it’s very tasty! They also deliver to the surrounding towns and villages which is a real bonus for places like Brightlingsea. They have there own App that you can use to order food but at the moment the Just Eat app is more user friendly (easier to search for a dish and bring up previous orders for reference etc). Brilliant place for a good meal.
