"We went to eat at their restaurant House of Son Amar and I had asked for an outside table a week ago so I could keep an eye on my son, and what was the surprise that since they had 2 reservations from a lot of people without telling us, they put us in to eat, after I placed an order for food and they left it on the table, which was my surprise that when I went to tell my son to come eat, the plate was no longer on my table, they had taken it and taken it to another table that had just finished to arrive, I I had already eaten one potato so the food had already been touched. And of course later my son was dying of hunger waiting for his plate to be brought back. The disorganization of the staff was horrendous and later they said it was the fault of the computer program. If with 10 people who were sitting there at the moment that chaos was created, I can't imagine what would happen with the restaurant full."

The restaurant is a 10, but on this occasion I am writing to recommend that you specify your hours well, at this very moment when I write the review it says OPEN, I have been in front of the establishment and it is VERY CLOSED, I have made a reservation from here, from Google Map a day before and they even sent me the confirmation email Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The beautiful place, the terrible service, we had dinner there, food as if you were still a burger, price-quality does not go hand in hand, very expensive for what they offer, it took a long time, and they did not bring the dishes in order, some already with the plate and the others nothing, the same drink, the drink was heated and the food got cold, the waitresses and waiters were not attentive, young people with little experience (sorry but bad) we will not return,

Kingdom of Alcázar is an ideal restaurant for dinner before the show. The food is quite good, although a little expensive for its quality. If you are a group of four people it is quite worth it for the offer of four burgers fries starting at €40. The strong point is the brownie, the most complete delicious, perfect for sharing. The atmosphere also adds to making the experience unforgettable. Customer service is really positive. The place is located in Son Amar, easy to park.

As a large group we have ordered verious meals. Personally I had the chicken burger and greedily had the pork ribs. My burger first was delicious, tender moist chicken and a delicate tasty bun. Side salad and fries. Then the succulent tender perfectly cooked bbq ribs. Mmmm so good. The meat fell off the bone so tasty. The staff are efficient and incredibly polite. And the location is clean and well presented with interesting corners and decorations all around the place. Thoroughly recommend a meal for two to a meal for 22. Enjoy!! View menu

I think it is the place that, as a client, I have given the most opportunities. where to start The site is a nice place, especially for families with small children. Children have plenty of space to play and have fun. Unfortunately, its benefits end there. The menu is simple: nachos, salads, hamburgers and little else. It's better not to talk about the rib-eye that makes you... The worst, by far, is the service. It is the best example of how to treat a customer badly with good words. People serving with little or no customer service training. They constantly interrupt conversations to ask questions that, at the moment, are irrelevant. They kick you out! Literally. They bring you the bill wit...

I called to ask for information why we wanted to go with the child and they recommended it to me when I called they told me that there was a show for the little ones while having dinner and a playground. Well, we reserved a table, we went to dinner and there was no show or anything, the service was good but we ordered Starters to share and they didn't bring us cutlery or plates, we had to eat with our hands until a waiter came by and the food was horrible, a poke bowl that didn't taste like anything and even less with the sauce it had, it was disgusting, a roasted roasted chicken thigh that It was mino for 18 euros.... My opinion as a resident. I will not return again not recommended The onl...

"We booked in advance for this restaurant via our hotel Can Auli, and got an outside table, about 7 available, which is a must to see the sun go down though is so hot if you arrive before sunset. We were greeted but felt that they had not quite started the evening at 7 30pm as we were not given the bread and alioli or even offered it, neither were we shown the fresh fish of the day, which everyone else did afterwards. In fact we had to ask if there were any specials. Nevertheless we ordered squid in tempura and croquettes to start. Squid were lovely, croquettes (12) were tasty but would have been a starter for 4. Then we had the steak and chips which was served carved on a board, and was really nice, along with mixed paella for two. I am not sure if mallorcan paella is different to Spanish, but it was quite dark in colour. No issues with that. But for a mixed paella we had two large prawns each, two mussels each and the odd bit of squid. For the meat there were tiny bits of meat on and off the bone. Then a few bits of pepper and beans, like broad beans. We felt it lacked fish and definitely meat, was dry and a bit bland. Edible and OK but not for us. As I say, this could be the mallorcan way but could have done with more substance. The setting is amazing though. I know there are better and worse along the strip. Maybe see which restaurants have availability in three days time, if they can fit you in, try elsewhere. Would I go back, probably yes and go for something different. Enjoy"
