spectacular dinner, from the restaurant to the courses all really well maintained. the quality of the dishes is evident already at the first glance and the first taste is confirmed. We visited this restaurant on our brief trip to Ischia when walking along the harbour water front and booked it for later in the week as the menu looked really good and recent reviews where very positive. We were not disappointed with our choice as the service was really good and the food was exceptional, if you are visiting the island this place is definitely worth a visit.

The family who own this restaurant were so kind and accomodating. They spoke amazing english and made us feel so comfortable. The food was amazing and delicious with a beautiful view of the marina accompanying dinner. Compared to a lot of unfriendly restaurants this was the complete opposite. Highly recommend. We walked past this place by accident and I am glad we've discovered this. Their gnocchi with mussels was the star of the meal... so much so we've had it 4 days in a row... I loved the torta capresse so much, that I managed to get the recipe from Vincenzo's mum. We also had the pleasure of tasting a local digestive called Mirto made from Myrtle), and it was fantastic. I'm sure I'll be back for more.

the hospitality and care they have shown towards us deserves all our thanks. .. just to be well, in a week in Ischia, we stayed at dinner for three times . fresh ingredients and dishes elaborated with originality and goto by the chef Antonio that we had the pleasure to know! ample wine card but we opted for that ischitano! bitta is a wanted and loved place, we felt like at home thanks to gina and vincenzo soon .consigliato !!!
