"Having booked a table for 530, waited 20 mins to be seated during this time took 10 mins to take drinks order. Once seated after 10 mins almost 15 mins I had to call over a waiter to take our order. 4 Starters came out then after 5 mins had to ask were the other 2 where. The starters were as expected nice nothing more. The main came and that was another level absolutely lovely. Throughout the service we was asking for more drinks and then again was then asking where these drinks where. Ordered coffees at the end these was 10/15 mins. Overall I found service slow, starters were nothing special, mains were absolutely lovely. For £330+ I would’ve expected better service and the starters to be more than ok/nice"

Excellent Food Service and our special request was even met too. Very load on the terrace which was my only negative comment as everything else was perfect.

The dining experience was fabulous, as always. However, we inquired about a reservation in the winter garden, which we did not receive. We explained that it was for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately, that went unacknowledged. Nonetheless, the overall experience was still enjoyable.
