"I was walking around town on an empty stomach and I stopped by chance in front of this big Toulouse brand. It 's not the type of restaurant that attracts my attention, but I like to think that that day my desire for red meat beat me to it. I then walk towards the entrance and ask for a table on the covered terrace despite the gray March sky, but above all, the wind. Where because of the weather the terrace was almost empty and lined up with pretty cushioned sofas, I sat on a plastic chair, in the only place that was not covered from the wind. I admit that eating a meal with your coat on is an atypical experience and I 'm not sure I want to repeat it. In addition, my table was completely wobbly, I pointed this out to the waiter who tried to prop it up in vain and did not have the idea of moving me. My table being fidgety, me with my jacket I found that we made a rather comical team, and then, technical experience of cutting meat on a table that moves with it. Despite this discomfort, it is necessary to highlight the functioning of the house with a Bouillon menu at lunchtime during the week which corresponded perfectly with my desire, to have a quick (and stable) table to eat alone during the lunch break. My meal began with an appetizer offered by the establishment, a tapenade and croutons, well seasoned, strong in garlic as I like it. The menu is varied and allows you to find your happiness and I personally fell for this terrine with the trumpets of death. The board was large, pleasant and I liked the generous portion accompanied by what I would say was quality bread. The dish was a piece from the butcher, beef pear, which was generous, accompanied by garlic butter, also generous. This plate is, in my opinion, quite heavy, which reflects the ambitions of the place, as if to show that you can delight your guest at lunchtime at a fair price. The meat was very blue as requested, which is rare, it should be noted. French fries ? Crunchy, sweet, very pleasant. However, I was quite surprised by the price of the glass of wine that accompanied my meal, but I am expressing here in this text a good taste experience for a price which nevertheless remains correct. I might come back if I 'm on another table."

Good food and impeccable service, but a cold and dull place, a very average price/performance ratio. Paper tablecloths would avoid placing cutlery directly on the table and would give a better standard.
