"the farm of soana is near the sun gate and more specifically of the subway sevilla, in the quiet harbor parallel to the breed of St. is a restaurant whose owners, who are Filipinos, have seen the good result of the idea and have assembled different restaurants, similar style and different name, in cities such as madrid and barcelona. the place is quite large and decorated with a style that could make us think we are in a luxurious restaurant, provided we do not get to analyze the materials. On the other hand, it is quite similar to the neo-yorkine philosophy of putting together tables so much that you can try your neighbor's dish before ordering yours. with that caveat and having narrowed the ties with the tables around, you can enjoy a good night. The food is fantastic, I always try to change the menu but at the end I end up asking for a duck with nabs and plums that are so good to do. My girlfriend always asks for the salmon, so we can make sure those two dishes are not going to fail. other things that I have had the opportunity to try there is carpaccio, octopus and Iberian solmo with soy sauce, which in the same way are totally recommended."
