"I went yesterday with some colleagues, there were 12 of us in total, for an aperitif. I had called on Friday to book but was not asked whether we preferred to stay inside or outside (we didn 't know there was an outside part . However, we arrive and a gentleman tells us that our table is in the outdoor area (according to him with heating but in reality we were with jackets because it was pouring and the area was not heated at all . However, the table wasn 't ready so he rudely moves some girls who were sitting at a table to quickly attach it to the other free tables and create a single table of 12. We didn 't even have time to sit down and open a menu before the waiter arrived to order the drinks (he didn 't speak Italian, in fact, he didn 't speak at all so it wasn 't explained to us how it worked in terms of costs, buffet etc. and after less than 5 minutes from the order already comes back with the debit card to make us pay (12 of us in a hole how could we ever escape to avoid paying? Oh well . The quality of the food was really very poor despite the buffet being quite varied and plentiful, the spaghetti allo scoglio was very good and was served by a very sweet and kind boy who was continually MISTREATED by the short, chubby gentleman with glasses who seemed to manage the boys who served (coincidentally all foreigners? So not able to react to such mistreatment? I won 't go any further . The boy serving tried to react politely to the chubby gentleman but he was silenced in front of everyone with the gesture of the hand of silence. I would have liked to intervene but there were too many people so I avoided it. Before hiring staff, who are so young and incapable of reacting, I would advise the owner to check who puts in charge because the scene seen last night was truly disgusting. The boy really made me feel very tender, he was the only positive note of the evening. Terrible welcome, disgusting food! After leaving us more than 200 euros I would have expected a little more attention but that 's okay, as they say you saw me today, you won 't see me again"

The manager asked us to switch the seat three times and didn’t allow us to put our bags on chairs, but they allow others to put their bags on next-side chairs. And told us “your bags your problems” “you go to other restaurants”, I really don’t understand this attitude, and we’re Asian, I really felt discriminated by him. So rude very rude very very rude. If you want to enjoy food, maybe is okay, but not service, service is not good, especially that manger guy. Other staff were good.
