"we called here for lunch. from outside the restaurant looked very modern. but when we went to the house, there were mountains of dirty things that were overflowing on the side, no very welcoming or promising start. we sat and waited for twenty minutes to be served at the end, which a waitress called to give our order. we waited for forty minutes until the food arrives. the drinks first arrived and we had arrived before eating, we were sure it would go. 20 minutes after we had finished eating before we could pay, we had to go to the retreat to get attention. the tables were not cleared, we cleaned ourselves and it was not wiped off before eating arrived or even. the toilets that were closed by one elevator to the bottom in the ladies one of two caubiquits was closed and out order and the other toilet was locked and had flooded. a very disappointing experience of a dirty restaurant and no coherent service."

we called here to warm up with a hot drink at a cold December day. the café is located next to one of the Christmas markets and in a good location in the city. the drinks were good and the service was fast.

Great place to rest your legs after you have been on your feet all day. There is a limited range of savoury snacks toasties and paninis. However, the desserts and ice creams are here in abundance. The portions served are huge and the variety...makes it difficult to choose. The decor and atmosphere makes the cafe a really nice find in such a busy place. Will come back here again for the milk shakes if nothing else. The service here is excellent. The waitress spoke excellent English but was more than happy to help me with my German lessons.

red service and average eating in a modest caffe under the berliner TV tower. we went back for a second visit (more from comfort than anything else) and after we sat there for 20 minutes, we gave up and went somewhere else. the place was not. even busy as it was in the early morning. I told the boring looking waitress who was behind the theke why we were gone and she gave me a “so what” look. Avoid this place, they can better be within a few meters! by exchanging their experiences they help traveling, better decision making and planning their traumaus flights. Thank you!
