"5-star establishment for a 3-star service. We stayed at the hotel on a Sunday to enjoy the Noel market in Colmar and took the parking option. All the service was okay, but the luxury is hidden in the details. It was indicated on our reservation Room with bath but when the room was discovered, we found a simple shower. Too bad when we reserve in part for this option. The reception just answered? We don't have a room with a bath. Sorry. In the room, good bedding, perfect temperature and clean rdv. The next day, the PDJ was served in the room with a check-out scheduled for 12 hours. The PDJ was very qualitative. However, at 11:40 a pass to recover the tray. Service very cold and almost impolite. On this type of establishment, we think the convenience would be to wait for the client to leave. At the time of check-out, I ask if we can leave the car on the parking lot for 1 hour and we leave at 1 o'clock. No flexibility of reception. We have a lot of arrivals today it is not possible. I insisted on the subject. We left the place. When I went to the parking lot at 1:00, I noticed it was still empty. A prime location, a good bed linen and clean rooms characterize this hotel, which is finally what is in a 4-star hotel. In a 5 star, we look for the extra touch, this attentive service, a singular hospitality. This concept is not lived and understood by the teams. The process is 5 stars (accommodation, attention in the room, bedding, PDJ) but the service is very disappointing (I forgot to mention the closure of the two dining spaces on the weekend) It is not enough to wear a uniform and sell expensive rooms to make the word of the luxury hotelier."

Very nice meal. Foie gras and a delicious gâteau soufflé de quenelles for me. Low season, mid-March, quiet with attentive service.

Good stay, very nice room damage that breakfast is not in the form of a buffet and that the local specialties (Gâteaux are too prominent at the expense of traditional pastries

(Brasserie) Atypical, warm and welcoming place. A service team always available and present at the right time. Successful dishes that can be accompanied by local wines reserving a beautiful discovery. Service: 5 Location: 5

We went on Saturday noon for a menu between tradition and modernity offered by our children. No welcome, a table set in haste with paper table covering a cotton table despite a reservation on the previous Tuesday! Unorganized service. Fortunately, the quality of the dishes has made these inconveniences forget. A small flat however for a restaurant of this class: one absence of mouthing and coffees served without softness.

A great moment of luxury, calm and voluptuous. The welcome is warm, the comfort of the rooms is the best, the lights are soft and the gourmet menu at Eric Girardin’s starred restaurant is a marvel of inventiveness in the short and responsible circuit. The chef is also available to listen to his clients and share his passions. Morning and evening teams are also smiling and attentive. One without fault, bravo, we'll be back!

Excellent reception Room Charming very comfortable in a beautiful house. Nice renovation. Repas succulent to the hot brewery (the excellent qunelle) The Christmas meal at the starred restaurant was a real journey of happiness, in flavors, Congratulations to Chef Éric Girardin. The master of the hotel explaining each choice and origin of the different wines was very interesting. A bold choice of red wine with foie gras. 2 nights and 2 meals to enjoy the Colmar Christmas market, an excellent gift. Just a reservation for breakfast, complete, excellent but when you are not pastries or salted eggs, yogurts, fresh cheese and fruit, you are the second day a little disappointed and tired to find the...
