"I used to be here with my family, as the restaurant is in the neighbourhood. the food was nothing special, but in the big and all right.Since the following experience, however, I will make a big arc around "la pergola": I ordered ravioli filled with forest mushrooms in pestosoße. after the first happen, however, a smokey taste was found, which strongly remembered speck. but since I had asked before, whether the court was vegetarian and the card had not suspected anything contrary, I thought nothing more about it. then I divided a nudel and looked more closely, whereupon some brownish red pieces appeared in the filling, which could actually be only speck. I called the waiter to complain, but he assured me that it was fun. after the other people had also tried on the table, there was no doubt that it could be only speck. When we called the waiter again, he took help from another waiter. quickly this visibly was annoyed, then went briefly to the kitchen to come back with a label of a pack from which the ravioli allegedly came, so that I could then read the ingredients list to convince myself. so even more beautiful, not only meat in vegetarian ravioli, they also came out of a finished pack as they were found at edeka in the cool shelf!Even if I wanted to avoid eating the other one and then order to be at least satisfied with gorgonzola. At the end, the waiter asked if we would want to drink a coffee with the divine note: "is also vegetarian"! that then the alleged meat-free dish was also fully calculated, made this restaurant visit a full negative experience. I'll never go there again and no one from my well-known circle."

great local restaurant, good eating and large portions. we had the grilled fish plate and tiramisu, the pasta and the pizzas look pretty good. not chic at all, but friendly local location, definitely worth a visit? View menu

cozy environment, good personal, reasonable prices and super good eating are highly recommended. typical Italian restaurant we were with the whole family there and they were very child-friendly and service-oriented and so they offer after dinner schnaps extra plus for it. we will definitely come back when we are next time in hamburg.

the load has a low deck, but it is warm. the personal is friendly. the courts are good. we got spaghetti with garnel and spaghetti with seafood. her taste was good, the amount was minimal, while in the seafood there were only muddles, the rest of the seafood they were looking for was minimal! If the amount of food would be bigger... we could justify her prices.

the la pergola is absolutely recommended at lust on pizza. the pasta dish was ok, but very salty. Here I would also have liked a preparation with fresh ingredients (tomates etc). The service is nice, however, it was forgotten at the side table. the couple had to wait for the pizza over an hour. at the end there was a marsala on the house and also the bill was absolutely in order. the price-performance ratio is right here.

not to be recommended:Unattentive waiter, except for the main waiter. and a meal with snack level! On the third we were in the restaurant on Saturday evening. first impression: dark uriger essraum. the table was still slightly crumbled by the predecessors and the cutlery was also not quite clean.Antipasti and bruschetta ordered plus main course stein Pilzravioli, macaroni with salmon, sugar-choten in cherry white wine sauces and nudels with tern mushrooms and lamb tips. Our appetizer was initially forgotten. for that we got a pesto on the table. brot was not finished yet. a half an hour later the bread came.Slate a waiter ran up with our heads, although we had not received our appetizer yet. o...

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
