What a fantastic meal. The surrounds were beautiful and this was matched by the friendly staff and were very helpful when ordering our meal. Great location for that special meal.

Two large rooms with a simple setting but very enjoyable. The food in the plate is what will attract your attention. A choice between 3 price levels, with a vegetarian option. Friendly team.

Lovely, cozy, little restaurant, very good food and nice service. We really enjoyed this restaurant which we tried twice during our trip. We highly recommend the cod cooked in a salt crust. The lobster was also excellent. Very good for families.

Nous étions 16 personnes et y avons mangé trois soirs, une salle ayant été réservé pour notre groupe. Les plats sont excellents une mention pour le menu homard et les gâteaux du pâtissier. Cerise sur le gâteau, Lucie une tornade de jovialité et de bonne humeur. Que du bonheur !

we went there with a well-defined culinary objective: the menu in parts around the lobster one of the specialties of the restaurant. We were not disappointed between mellow and her bisque, half-cuit tartar, lobster and lobster bisque. all in a pleasant outdoor setting with remote tables and a very friendly service. only regret is to not be able to take the famous dessert suzette pancakes that are not currently scheduled. a very good evening tasting.

We had a fantastic family meal at La Desirade and ate here twice over our 3 day stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the presentation of the food is outstanding. There is an extensive wine list offering fantastic pairings to every meal on the menu. The service is very good and the staff are great at explaining the menu and specials to you. Finally, a special mention to the kitchen we caught 10 mackerel off our boat one day and that evening they prepared them into the most delicious main course for 5 of us and then prepared the remaining 5 into a delicious terrine for us to take home... truly unbeatable service!

We stayed at the hotel La Dèsirade for two nights (which is about the time you need to see La Belle Île) and had dinner at La Table twice because we did not want to drive. Fortunately we had reserved for the first evening before we arrived at the hotel, because the restaurtant was rather full. Welcome was friendly and we had not long to wait for a glass of white wone which is our preferred apéritif. La table offers a three course menu with several oprions for each course as well as à la carte dishes. We dropped by the evening before and booked the table and the menu: lobster! Turned out to be an excellent choice. We were served lobster in different ways as starters and in traditional way as main course. It was beyond delicious. We had our 3 kids with us, and they also enjoyed their meal (pasta/rice with beef). The desserts were amazing (we had to split because we kind of wanted it all), and finally coffee and hot chocolate. It is in a way very French and traditional, but at the same time innovative and trying to serve the food in new ways, which turn out to be a really good choice. It is ‘new nordic’ but definitely inspirred by new ways of trying out to serve lobster, hot chocolate, etc....
