"With its Bistrot, the star chef Christian Tetedoie, offers a magnificent gourmet cuisine at very affordable prices. Perched on the heights of Fourvière, the building includes the starred restaurant, rooftop, and Bistrot. The three offer a breathtaking view of Lyon. The Bistrot offers a formula of 21 euros with entrance or dessert dish. the one at 42 euros ( dessert flat entrance) gives more choice and the ben travel is worth it. Excellent service from beginning to end. Nice, casual, and very professional. very beautiful ideas on the map, like the revised coconut egg with its cresson cream, which is baked in front of you. what may seem simple doesn't have it, and the tomato and cucumber tartar, ricotta cream is beautiful with a perfect balance of flavors. From the very beautiful kitchen, original, like the bar net (perfect cooking) and its emulsion to the white porto. We feel mastery in the harmony of each dish, where all flavors are present, and balance perfectly. Up to desserts the experience continues, with the burning cream that comes on fire, the crunchy hazel, or the mellow red fruits and Olive oil, which perfectly close no meals, where the portions are generous, but whose light springs, and especially admirative of the work provided. A very nice experience."

Awesome view, food is nice (can do better) but worth the price for a 1 star michelin.

Refined cuisine Small care staff For the first time in a gourmet restaurant it was perfect.

one of the most beautiful views of lyon! the single price of 45€ remains excessive in relation to quality/price. the staff is very friendly but a little long waiting.

very nice and welcoming staff. The view is beautiful. but the rest is not worth the cost, more than one hour waiting between each dishes. disappointing kitchen that does not justify its price.

A gift from our children... what disappointment!!!! Tashed tablecloths and towels, table crumbs, room staff not very pleasant and kitchen not at the level of what we expect from a starred restaurant.

A successful new experience, a magnificent setting and a perfect service. The kitchen is very refined and very good. From the placier that parks the car to the dessert on the terrace no false note. Redo

An exceptional moment. You still have to have a palace to enjoy....... Everything was perfect in every detail. I booked for our wedding anniversary and I recommend this place with a wonderful view of Lyon. The dishes have been a beautiful and delicate tasteful discovery Thanks to Chef Carlier for these dishes and in Octave for his welcome

I went there on the occasion of my father's 90-year-old welcome staff (guests, valet) charming. Innovative cuisine, bringing our taste buds out of our comfort zone. Only here, a contemptuous and non-professional room staff has enough to destroy the experience: No explanation of the menu, Map of the wines taken as we have just pointed out that we wanted to accompany our end-to-glass meal, An infinite time to recover the so-called card Explanation of the dishes carried out over the leg compared to the other tables, Garniture for my plate given to my neighbor rectifying against the heart of rank leader, no excuses. I was with older people who unfortunately no longer have their 20-year appetite,...

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
