"we stayed close to this restaurant and went there late evening for dessert. the menu was quite limited: basically, ice creams and mistooks. There were also some glasses of wine. On the first night we went there, the server didn't seem to want to wait for our group of 6 but he warmed up with us over the week. But every night he forgot one of the desserts. as we weren't billed for that, we didn't really care. It happened to the point that we were trying to predict what dessert would be forgotten. One night, someone ordered a milkshake. It looked like a glass of chocolate milk that had been shaken! We stopped for lunch one day. Onion soup was horrible. The worst we had during our stay in france. We didn't go back for a meal, just our desserts and our wine. Would I recommend this restaurant? Probably not."

a rather expensive restaurant but food was really good! We had chicken and steak tartare and they were of a very high level!

which nice manager, service and lunch. The staff was happy and sung, nothing was too much. Super strawberry pie! Thank you again.

average experience. Because of its location, it's a very touristic place, so I don't think they're trying to excel in food. It's a good place if you want to eat something right now, otherwise look for something else because food is fairly average.

Most of the restaurants we tried to bet were closed in the afternoon but this one served us lunch at three and a half hours! The grilled chicken was really good and was worth the price. an extra star for the waitress who managed our complete order (8 people) without taking note of it. View menu

food was good with most dishes served with fries and a salad, fries, my wife ordered the chicken that was a quarter and she found it very well prepared and with a lot of taste. the steak grill was served with fries and a salad and was also prepared for order and had a very good taste. It's worth the visit.

we did not want a refined meal and my husband had a taste for the mussels, so we stopped at this place. The mussels were good, but my fried steaks were not good. The steak was hard and the fat fries, but the wine was delicious. on the basis of his mussels and wine, I give him an average note and I will not return.

good food, especially the unique gizzard salad - not typical, but very delicious. French onion soup was also good - extra-cheesy and with crunches both mellow and crunchy - an excellent combo. We ate many articles by tasting wine from the end of the afternoon until 9:00 pm and we never felt pressed - the staff was quite friendly. View menu

from a French perspective, it would be a typical restaurant with good food at a reasonable price. but, compare this to most American restaurants, food and service here would be excellent! After having been in france for a while, it is easy to accept exceptional food as simply "typical" and to forget how poor most American restaurants are with dull menus and barely edible food. even salads are cleverly prepared, a visual feast for the eyes and tasty for the palace.

since we are at paris, we want to experience betting, so we do not choose the hotel's breakfast, we eat in a local coffee shop. We ate in the Maubourg tower 3 times for breakfast because the "French breakfast" was exactly what we wanted (to bet, eat like a Parisian). The waiter recognized us after our first visit and remembered our coffee and food choices, so I would say they were very friendly! We would have tried this place for dinner, but we always seemed to be in another neighborhood of the city at dinner time.
