"Me and my boyfriend had a special dinner and it was ruined! I hurt my mouth by multiple big pieces of plastic in risotto, I have told and showed the pieces to the waiter then to the manager, the manager just took the plastic pieces and said she will be back, she never came back and ignored us, I asked multiple times the waiter and he said it is taken care Of. No Accommodation or apology was offered, was ignored by manager. And it’s very serious as I was bleeding in my mouth as I cut my cheek inside I didn’t want to start drama because we had a romantic dinner I really didn’t want to ruin it but till today I feel so upset and disrespected by ignorance of the stuff in one of the most prestigious places in south of France ."

Everything was great, I had a small allergic reaction and the manager took care of me very well, it was lovely ! And we even got a small cake with a candle for my boyfriend's birthday and this good attention was wondeful ! One of the best services that I experienced in a restaurant ! However, there was only small thing I didn't like. We ordered one limoncello (liqueur , and we got two instead and when we pointed out this problem, the server was sorry and said that the second drink was on the house. Unfortunately in the bill, we had to pay for two limoncello (maybe he forgot ? . It was only a small detail but overall the night was beyond wonderful !
