Really exceptional in terms of flavors. A must-have restaurant in Nice. A nice atmosphere too. However the wait is really long. And yet I'm convinced that you have to wait to enjoy the best. But two hours waiting for a main dish is too much! Anyway, it's hard to judge this restaurant. I'm going to advise you to go, while preventing the owners that their choice of having to wait as much as the customers is sacredly as excellent as their dishes...
