"Today my granddaughter and I visited L’Amore because it looked inviting. We really enjoyed the sandwiches because they were proper sandwiches with tasty fillings of smoked salmon, cream cheese and crispy lettuce. They were a manageable size without tons and tons of unwanted salad on the side, just a small pot of coleslaw. All very nice. The service was friendly and the price very reasonable for sandwiches, desserts and drinks. My only criticism is that I was not asked for contact details for Covid contact tracing. Some cafes do this and I wish all cafes did it’s the only way it will work. Otherwise a very pleasant lunch."

Had a very nice meal in here. Reasonably priced, even let us sit in downstairs with our (will behaved) dog as weather wasn't great. Will defiantly be visiting again soon.

Service is OK prices OK. But food is very cheap and you can taste the difference. Food I got was bland. Jacket and cheese. Sent it back cheddar was mild. And like French cheese rubber taste.

Outstanding family ran and owned cafe. Great coffee and cakes. Why anyone would go in Starbucks is beyond me. Staff are very friendly and helpful when requesting vegetarian options. Can't recommend this place enough View menu

Enjoyed delicious vegetable soup baguette, roast lamb dinnerwith al-dent veggies. Good coffee and tasty cheesecake . Excellent, cheerful service this was our second visit. Was suggested to us by a local in one of the shops.

Very very expensive in the chippy. The chips aren't even fresh, they are frozen ones. Some of the chips were still hard, no taste, saveloy ordered was okay, tasted much better from nearly everywhere else in lowestoft. Will be giving this place a miss in future.
