"we went to las iguanas on lakeside on Monday bank holiday 31. May 2021. Although it was very busy, we were able to book a table for an hour and half, so we hanged around the shopping center until our time was up. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. eating was very good and a good value for money. I didn't go to enjoy getting a free deal on the cocktails, but will go back definately as they looked very good. if at all, I would say that the muisc was quite loud, but that did not affect our experience and the whole family was quite happy."

a very long wait for the service for eating and drinking, even if it had been busy, I would have expected better and then overloaded by four drinks, I don't think we would return here.

The service was slow and the cocktails were weak, but the staff were happy and the food was lovely. The outdoor tables need to be of better quality as they are wobbly, dented, and uneven.

visited for lunch, lovely for me as Im a vegetarian and plenty of choice, but my daughter wanted steak which they did not have! But the service was very good and the food was fresh and hot. Lovely cocktails and it was buy one get one free so happy days.

When we arrived, a staff member informed us that they only accept reservations. I inquired about booking a table, but was told they were fully booked. After checking online, I saw availability and made a reservation. The food was served late and not up to par, and when I requested to take it to go, I was told there were no lids for the containers. I had to awkwardly carry my leftovers without proper packaging. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.
