Le comptoir des archives

A nice unpretentious bistro well-situated across from the national archives. I had a delicious roast spring chicken served with the pan drippings and sides of fried potatoes and a small salad. Dessert was a delicious baba à rhum. I will be back!

Da unser Wunschrestaurant keinen Platz mehr für uns hatte, haben wir eine Alternative gesucht. Die Karte ist nicht sehr kreativ. Es gibt keine Menüs. Die Speisen waren ok aber nicht begeisternd. Das Restaurant könnte sauberer und gepflegter sein.Eine Lernerfahrung View menu

Das gut besuchte Bistro im Marais war kulinarisch eine Enttäuschung. Die kleine Karte bietet wenig Abwechselung, der Burger kam aus der Tiefkühltruhe, die Platte mit Wurst und Käse war ganz ordentlich. Die Bedienung kämpfte mit Gästen und Stromausfall, leider kein schönes Erlebnis.

small, crampy, but comfortable; much cheaper than most small areros in paris. friendly and helpful service; eating ok and well presented. best if they can sit outside, or inside near the windows; we were shot on the back with very small tables that had to be pushed together for our party of four.

Carte identique pour le déjeuner et le diner. Une proposition à 20 euros pour le déjeuner, avec une boisson et un café gourmand. En face des Archives, une bonne adresse : plats simples et généreux, gentillesse de l'accueil, rapidité du service. Un bon plan pour une pause de midi dans le coeur du Marais View menu

The decor was the best thing about the place. Portions were small, basic cooking (or rather heating up). French onion soup €8.50, quiche with salad and chips on a small plate €14 and two soft drinks for €9 not good value for money for...a very light snack. Also beware that if you sit inside, you will be squashed together like sardines in a very small can. Service brusque not terribly hospitable.

my cousin and I stopped here for lunch after a long walk. I chose a vegetarian quiche with salat and my cousin a chickenburger with chips. I was hungry, so eat it, but it was really pretty poor. the cucumber was glacially soft and not enclosed in babbles and was usually full of carrots. it was missing from taste and the accompanying bread was punctual. the salad was only leaves without dressing. we decided not to have dessert. I think there are much better places to eat in the neighbourhood.

Nous y avons commandé un thé à la menthe pour nous réchauffer. On nous a servi du Earl Grey impérial (Mariage Frères, certes ) avec 4 feuilles de menthe fraîche dans un minuscule pot d'eau chaude, où l'on sert habituellement le lait. Cela, passe encore... Mais j'ai été choquée de voir le barman sortir un verre de bière du frigo sous le bar et juste remettre un coup de pression dedans quand un touriste espagnol lui en a demandé une! C'est sûr qu'à 5,50€ le thé, il n'y a pas de petits profits...De plus, on vous propose des crêpes en dessert pour 7€ (sucre ou confiture ). Je ne recommande pas cet endroit ! View menu
