"Google should change its star system because the hull is out of category. a sumptuous setting, at the garden level or at the restaurant level. You are not in the ostentatory, but in accuracy and it also feels on the kitchen, not a demonstration of the most luxurious dish, but the search for excellence, of the fair note and that with products often simple, but perfectly selected. your menu will evolve according to the season and what the garden and the sea will have to offer right now. we came in August with my partner, but curious to taste the adaptation of these recipes in another season. the team in the room is perfect, not too present during the meal, but always there to explain the dishes. In 1995 I had the pleasure of discovering Olivier Roellinger's kitchen and I keep an emotional memory. 27 years later, I discovered Hugo Roellinger. the shell offers refined cuisine in a very bau setting and a pleasant service. a special mention for the dessert cart. Too bad there's a forget. When I booked, I asked for a move for our birthday. and I also made a reminder just before dessert; Unfortunately in vain. What is all the more embarrassing and vexing is that several tables have had a millefeuille with a candle.

We had the opportunity to taste the chef's cuisine a good lunch. aperitif in the garden with its magical view and very promising mouths. then the menu was transported to us, all dishes were fine, balanced, spicy perfectly, and served with a big smile. the wine menu remains reasonable (white bun with algae bread is to fall and magical desserts. a very nice table we want to make soon!

Following a malfunction of the site during the reservation, we accidentally made two reservations for January 31 at the same time without knowing it. The same day we canceled the reservation without knowing that we ended up having two. On January 31, the restaurant saw us unable to collect the bank card imprint of 340 euros. sublime meal in a magnificent setting with sea view and remote Mont St Michel. we enjoyed the different refined dishes of the menu away from the streams. a festival of flavours more or less noted by many different spices and herbs. sommeliers, in other very pleasant terms, have selected us excellent wines for each dish, a little original but always just. The server team was perfect to explain the different dishes and also very attentive and with great simplicity. the beautiful weather allowed us to take the coffee in the garden, facing the sea, then we were able to discover the garden of the chef. bravo to hugo roellinger and all his team for this magic moment!

"Extremely disappointed for several reasons 1. It was pretty cold in the restaurant at night and some people had to keep their coat all night 2. Servers were inexperienced and not "chaud/chaleaureux" 3. But the most disappointing is that the meat (which was cooked for 36 hours) was extremely dry (it should melt in the mouth) and almost not eatable, and when we spoke to the waitress in a very polite and gentle way, it just said 'OK' and we never saw it again. Not even a word like we're sorry or we'll talk about it with the leader. 4. In the end, we paid too much for what we ate and the service we have. This does not deserve a Michelin star, but rather a star "google magazine," I see that there is a doubt about the authenticity of this criticism. We had dinner on 10/12/2021. It is strange that you now answer that you would have increased the heating and that you care about it, because when we said that some foods were not going, no one was worried, listened and answered.
