"This was what brought us back, three weeks apart, to be guided by so much kindness and professionalism on the part of the hotel master and his charming and elegant acolyte. from the reception to the outing, again, we were delighted with this sense of welcome and friendliness, of this desire to satisfy us and to care for our tastes, advice and surprises that they have been able to delicately bring us. the hotel master takes time while having the delicacy of not being so invasive, taking care of each table, listening and advising, guiding and. surprise, if we wish. Thanks also for this surprise, where the choice of chef for the proposal of the day was able to get married with the suprise cocktail. a delight for taste buds to reproduce and recommend! fish and seafood are cooked with simplicity and accuracy. the association ris de veau and nut of saint jacques were as unexpected as delicious, with a beautiful presentation of plate. The famous dessert trolley then made its appearance: brown with browns, light and greedy meringue pie, chocolate crispy, and so many others, always served with smile and delicacy, and sometimes a hint of humor in front of each one's greediness.
