"Best restaurant in Bastia, and by far! The dishes served in this restaurant are of an incredible level of mastery. The dishes from the entrance to the dessert are aesthetic and the mastery of cooking is perfect. To know very well the products and have discussed with the end-of-service chef to congratulate him, indeed, all his products are ultra fresh and very well selected. The lobster pasta was absolutely amazing, perfect cooking and the bisque of the pasta with an unforgettable flavor. I make restaurants of a very good level all year and there really bravo. The work on each dishes is worthy of a starred restaurant. I continued with the veal ris, perfectly cooked and lacquered with a dapping sauce and very well reduced. Widely the best restaurant in Bastia, and I’ve done a lot of it. And of course, the wine list is very interesting and it is also very rare!"
