"the ambiente is really great! I'm afraid it was bad to eat. the waiter seemed a bit frustrated and uninterested when we came in. the amuse was a cup with cauliflower, fine but no real effort at all. that was likely because one of our...Starter (a cold carrot ginger soup) was also used as amuse (then served hot) for the other diner. that was amaturist. the thunfishtar was not bad, but the taste was overpowered with fruit, not something I would expect from a chef. the lamb usually consisted of fat and long. the risotto had no real taste and was more like overcooked white rice. they also forgot the sweet on a plate and there was a hair on the plate. the homemade brot was really good. if they expect a good French dinner, they will have a bad time. but the environment is really nice."

Visited with a large group for our friends birthday - the place itself is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The staff were all really helpful and catered for all our needs - I totally recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something special.

I was very surprised by the staff. I had to interrupt their discussion so that my order was taken. So the day is blown away the bread remaining on the table in its pan is too dry. The only slice I've given myself has been handmade. otherwise the frame is atypical, the beef pave of the day formula was excellent!

excellent dishes; cooked magrets just to point; a bit of fantasy with the mixture of salty sweet vegetables. seasonal products. very hearty gourmet coffee. little regret, the hotel master not professional, too young servers and waitresses not experienced. the frame is beautiful and amazing, plenty of room between the tables, beautiful garden.

Lunch with friends.A number of à la carte dishes, and two midi formulas per week, entrance/plat or dish/dessert to 17€50, entrance/plat/dessert to 21€50 are available. Children's menu 12€00, dish (curry turkey and jumped pdt) and 2 ice balls.Conspicuous by our raviolles and the fish trio of the formula were in heat shortages.Beef wash, nothing to say.Quality service in a sumptuous room.

on holiday in sisteron we searched a restaurant on tripadvisor and looked at the comments. We were not disappointed, very friendly staff, very affordable menu, we chose the foie gras card very well served for me, tomato gaspacho excellent for my husband. Then as we were at sisteron we chose the excellent lamb square too we ended it with the fingers! Sablé dessert with red fruit for my husband, me fruit sorbets made home grapefruit, lavender, lemon, cucumber/roquette... to fall! It's not difficult we enjoyed it all!

Can't thank frerot enough for making my birthday celebration so special. Everything from the food to the entertainment ran like clockwork. To cater for such a large group cannot be easy but there were 29 happy and full people, the atmosphere wAs lovely and so grateful for all of the quick responses and help prior to our arrival. They organised our Taxi's to and from, helped with questions and kids choices, vegetarian options etc etc The cake was such a surprise and completely delicious, my only complaint was that I forgot the name of the red wine we drank! It was beautiful! If in sisteron it's a must visit, don't be put off by the industrial area once inside it's like a different world.

"despite a friendly setting and the welcome smiling our disappointment was very large. In the entry we took "goat of the jabron on cucumber tagliatelle bed", the goat nogât was interesting but I doubt that it was home, accompanying it a horrible tartine of soft bread covered with a large layer of dicks totally devoid of taste, totally dispensable. on the goat, a slice of coppa and a slice of industrial raw ham. no interest either. we are still looking for cucumber tagliatelles that have certainly had to crawl out of the plate between the kitchen and our table. given the general rendering of the dish, they are understood. Then come the "lamb duo "label red sisteron", , market vegetables and the "duo de tartare de beef cut to the knife" and believe me that they pass the entrance for a starred chef meal so they are far from matching the description. The lamb is actually a burger, we are told once the order has been placed, where lambs rather good for the blow is wildly stuck between two toasts (industrials again) that succeed the exploit to be both burned and completely soft. Unchangeable for anyone with taste buds on the tongue and not on the back. I'm gonna give you the trim, and I think the picture's talking about itself... about the knife tartar, what do you mean? If it's not a tartar. but an already seasoned carpaccio (pesto parmesan) passed to the mill. We'll put a little ketchup in the plate in case you want to make it even worse. ah yes, it's a duo because there are two piles and one is presented on the same vegetables as those of the entrance, as what lightning can hit twice in the same place in one evening. No dessert or anything else, thank you good evenings you can more and as the note is already worth 70€ (2 rinquins in aperitif and 2 glasses of wine in addition) you prefer to withdraw spicy. So we're not gonna come back, so you're gonna see if the adventure's trying."
