"The Park and the Hotel are honestly amazing!!! Truly next level, The Bricks restaurant………… not a patch on what it can or should be, don’t get me wrong, the staff, all lovely, very helpful, the layout of the restaurant…… shocking! Don’t cram people all into one area, i noticed the a poor lady on another table struggling to eat peacefully because everyone was having to squeeze past her table as it was the only way through. Even though there were plenty of other empty tables. The Breakfast….. cooked section was good, the continental section…… Jesus….. an apple some cereal and half a dozen croissant does not constitute a continental section, So shall we start with dinner………… 3 course set menu is your only option, no other menu available. options within this are very limited and make no sense either. Like I say…… you run an amazing park and brilliant hotel, that restaurant does not belong and quite honestly brings your high level down!!!"

Poor quality food ate here twice, ordering two different dishes thinking that maybe the different dish would be better. Four different dishes ordered in total all very poor quality food almost like cheap frozen food. Staff were really lovely but would not recommend the restaurant.

Having to book your breakfast in advance is really disappointing. You are located on site in a theme park and advertising the fact that hotel guests can enter the park at 9:30 yet the earliest I could make a booking was 9:30. On top of that…a 40 min wait. Surely a self service option would work better View menu

The food was nice this evening and it was great that our under 3 went free. The food was kept flowing even in a busy environment and the staff were so lovely. The chicken wings and fish and korma along with Mac and cheese were all really nice. Our waitress Hannah was lovely to deal with and so helpful.

Our order was sent to the wrong table so we were annoyed as everyone who sat down after us got served however the Manager JJ got our breakfast order out to us as quick as possible and organised take away pastries for us. She went above and beyond to make up for the mistake and get our trip back on track

Breakfast was decent, we had pancakes and couldn't fault them plus there was cereal and yoghurt available. Only banana as regards fruit, a better selection would have been nice. Didn't try the cooked breakfast as the dinner previous night was bad and we didn't like the look of it from other diners plates View menu

The food was very overpriced and disappointing . We left with a main course practically untouched and nobody asked if there was an issue. We decided to give up on desserts, the children were upset as they were hungry. We had to repeatedly call for our drinks etc. For a family/child centred hotel it was very disappointing.

Really pleased to have booked “BRICKS” as it was nice to sit down and eat somewhere that wasn’t too busy. Food was really nice and was served quickly. Restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly and courteous and were able to clearly and quickly answer questions about food allergens (our daughter has a nut allergy). However, I think £22.99 for a 3-course childrens menu is way too expensive. For a restaurant to charge any more than £10 for a kids menu is pure extortion (especially when customer/child is charged for all three courses, regardless of whether they want all three or not), Happy to pay the £27.99 for the adults menu, but not happy about the cost of the childrens menu.
