refined cuisine, surprising arrangements with great precision that offer an incredible experience. the products are local and carefully worked, we find the taste of everything we eat. The cooking of meat is perfect, the marriage of textures and tastes is a happiness! one of the best restaurants we've made. the menu "the integral" is worth the detour, allowing you to taste almost all dishes.

super surprise! from passing to anneity, we made the discovery of this genital peat! Please. The boss and the staff are really nice. I had specified when I booked on the internet that I couldn't eat a large quantity, the chef is adapted to my request and made the same dishes as my husband but smaller (the pictures are my dishes and not those of my husband). Everything was great! Bravo for your establishment!

We had a warm and friendly welcome from Magali, who runs L'Esquisse with her husband, Stéphane. She immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease in their cozy restaurant, which only had three tables of two on the ground floor. The menu is a surprise for everyone, including Magali, who knows the details of the menu a few moments before serving. The menu was comfortable and delicious, based on local and seasonal products and cuisine—while still having some playful elements. We look forward to returning some day.

Surprised by all these positive opinions, for my part good but not exceptional. Value for money a bit expensive. Well presented, but lacking in flavor. We took the €100 menu for a starter with cauliflower, the second with parsnips. For the fish, being in Annecy I was expecting fish from the lake, but disappointment with the hake which crossed France. Good cooking but still lacking in flavor. The red meat was not trendy. Good rating for the fresh dessert. Lychee after dessert!!! In short, a little disappointed for a one star.
