"I recently visited a restaurant that left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite a clean and pleasant atmosphere, the lack of communication and service skills among the waitstaff was evident from the start. The waiter made multiple mistakes while taking our order and even insisted that we keep an order we didn 't request. It was frustrating not to have our preferences considered. The biggest letdown, however, was the food itself. As an Italian cuisine enthusiast, I had high expectations, but nothing tasted like authentic Italian flavors. The bruschetta arrived without any olive oil or Italian herbs, completely missing that essential touch. Even worse was the goat cheese salad, which had an overwhelming amount of beetroot and a watery, flavorless dressing. It was far from the delightful combination I had hoped for. To add insult to injury, we were unexpectedly charged an extra 9 euros for drinkgeld (tip). We hadn 't even agreed on giving them a tip, especially considering the lack of service and professionalism we encountered throughout our meal. This felt like a blatant attempt to rip us off, and we didn 't want to engage in a discussion with the dysfunctional waiter. In conclusion, while the restaurant may boast a clean environment and a pleasant atmosphere, the overall experience was marred by the waiters ' lack of communication and service skills, as well as their insistence on forcing us to keep an incorrect order. The tasteless dishes, including the bruschetta without olive oil and herbs, and the disappointing goat cheese salad, further contributed to our disappointment. The unexpected charge for drinkgeld only solidified our negative impression of the establishment. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic Italian dining experience."

the driver was very busy and nice. the pizza, however, only lukewarm and wabbelig soft. due to the high delivery costs we will no longer order there.

very friendly staff that responded to our desires and served us very friendly and fast, despite much effort. the permanent and monthly menu offer very good dishes, they always find something good to eat and the pizzas are airy. for a chain really super and original (also because they see how the teige roll out). with the parmesan they could be a bit more grumpy and also more beautiful.
