"A lovely family restaurant that has been in Macclesfield for 20 years. Lots of loyal customers, whom are welcomed and acknowledged. Food suited for western appetites. Pad Thai isn't the kind where you break the egg to get to the noodles, nor thick. They are rice noodles. Avoid putting chilli on. Spicy. Opposite of most restaurants. Dishes had lots of meat/fish/prawns but not many vegetables. Glad tried. Found through word of mouth."

Recently went back to this restaurant for a take away after finding other Thai places pricey. It did not disappoint. No wonder it’s been there for years. Lovely owner, amazing food, tasty melt in your mouth ribs. And a great price! Will be back again next week!

I’m from south east Asia. And I think the food is not authentic Thai at all. First of all, there's no chopsticks. The pad thai noodles are overcooked and we cound't taste the smell of the wok(Wok hei) Also, I didn't taste the thai sweet basil and lemon in the green curry. View menu

Possibly the best restaurant in the whole town. Macclesfield is lucky to have such incredible, authentic Thai cuisine like this. Having lived in Thailand and tried many places throughout the UK attempting to find those perfect flavours, I've not found any place as good as this. Truly a gem.

Last Minute treat for my son as we'd been out all day long! Maliwan sure did the job. Absolutely delicious Thai curry's (we had a red and green, beef and prawn and shared) Apparently amazing prawn toast which disappeared as quick as it arrived and Mark was a fabulous host. He served a multitude of arrivals and juggled takeaway orders giving everyone wonderful attention. This place is fab !
