we had a nice time, the staff was really helpful and friendly and the music was great. we recommend mambo jambos

good food, good staff and service. can't be guilty. had a pleasant lunch today. several times before and never disappointed. so much choice and good portions.

I booked well in advance for Valentine’s Day at 12:30 but when we got there after having dropped our kids off with babysitters we arrived at mambo jambos only to find that they were all locked up, no lights on, no answer on the phone...and no reply to my email. I can only assume they are no longer open for business

I booked a table for Friday 18th February for my partners birthday at 6:30pm. 8 of us arranged to meet there but due to the weather conditions we were running slightly late, I rang several times and no answer. When we arrived at 6:40pm the...door was locked and establishment shut. No call/ Email from MJ to state they were not open and as a result we could not have the birthday celebrations there as planned. Absolutely disgusting that there was no communication and that they ruined what should’ve been a lovely birthday meal.

came here after was left off by another restaurant and we were not disappointed. we were greeted by laura, who sat in the bar, because our table was not quite ready and we got the drinks flowing, but shortly after 10 minutes our table was ready and we moved to our table. the menu looks delicious and it was very hard not to order everything, we ordered a good selection of food and within 30 minutes on a Saturday night was eating on our table, all freshly cooked and full of taste. laura was very helpful and gave us recommendations to order. we can't expect to come back soon

Today after a day in Norwich we took the family to our first visit to Mambo Jambo and despite it being a busy day we managed to get a table, upon arrival a very friendly member of staff showed us to the table and quickly...took the drinks order, giving us plenty of time to choose the food. We all had a different main and if you are in a hurry for food be prepared for a few minutes of waiting, that waiting time is rewarded by high quality food that was beautifully cooked, presented and served by friendly and helpful staff.
