"Quelle belle surprise !Dîner pour repas affaires suite à recherche sur trip advisor et je dois dire que nous n'avons pas été déçu !A quelques allées seulement derrière les brasseries touristiques aux cartes copiées/ collées (moules frites/carpaccio/tomate mozza etc...) se trouve ce beau petit restaurant.Accueil au top, service (avec conseils !) Parfait, cuisine recherchée (sans être trop sophistiquée) très goûteuse, faite maison et de saison.Petite mention ++ pour la carte des vins qui sort de l'ordinaire, avec de la qualité et des prix raisonnables.Le tout dans une excellente ambiance grâce au maître des lieux.Bref un vrai restaurant où la cuisine et le service sont fait avec passion.Allez y les yeux fermés !"

"It's a pee to discover. Nestled in a corner of the square, we could pass by without seeing it, and that would be a shame. The reception and service are friendly and warm, excellent food, pleasant surroundings and tastefully decorated interior. Excellent cocktail house, and good advice for wine. We'll go back!"

"Friendly support with a prolific server But for our 2nd passage we are disappointed with the sea plate in the way bouillabaisse at 34€ with too much soup, mussels, too big pieces of firm octopus. For 3 beautiful shrimps, a round of St jacques, two small pieces of fish and a small pdt. If we return it will not be for this dish!!"

"We stumbled across this restaurant during our stay for the Euros and over 9 days we went back every day. The set menus, the a la carte, the wine list all proved too good not to keep coming back. If the food and wine weren't enough, the owner and his waitress were the quintessential hosts. They served French food from the region which even has influences from Italy, just up the road. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation and the choice of local wines translated into a gastronomic experience which will be remembered for a long time. Eat inside, or weather-permitting, on the terrace, just off a small town square. You'll smile at the idiosyncratic way the menu is delivered to the table. I'll not say how because that's for you to find out.Denis, the host, speaks good English, has a dry sense of humour and will take time to explain the menu items and where they are sourced. Prompt service, great French food, lovely local wines, all served with a smile. Wish I was eating there tonight. Sigh."

"The French Rivera restaurants in general were disappointing touristic,tired and overpriced churning out the same old dishes without substance and quality.But not Mugs , it had style, passion, creativity and with it's own unique style .The food was modern creative a fusion of French , English and Asian cuisine.The staff were well trained and seem to enjoy there jobs, which makes a change.We dined in a beautiful oriental garden restaurant beautifully lit , the internal restaurant was quirky with great taste and well air conditioned.Price wise is up to you depending on what you choose from €15 a head to €60 a head .Well worth a visit !"
