"after my (very positive) first impression I visited the mango masala a second time. I was there under the week and decided (again) for the buffet. But this time I was horrified how bad the buffet was. the mushroom soup tasted fad and watery. there were four curry varieties to choose from, which all tasted fad and un seasoned. the worst: usually Indian currys are ally, or pale. However, this was not the case with these. They were totally watery and had more the resistance of a frying sauce or a suppe. I had the impression that the currys were stretched with plenty of water to save costs. therefore the fade and unworn taste also explained. I was so upset that I let him fall out of the table. because the friendly service did not help much. I will not come here anymore and visit the shiva palace or the royal india next time, which cook much better."

this is a new Indian restaurant in the inner city of amberg. beautiful facility, great service, traditional Indian cuisine, lunch buffet at the weekend. good selection of food. we will be back.

the mango masala offers besides friendly service also a daily changing midday buffet. there are always two meat dishes and a vegetarian dish to choose from. This includes a suppe and salad. You can also order a lunch menu. all very inexpensive and really delicious.The central location allows you to quickly turn to sleep. View menu

I was here for the first time. the service is very friendly, but sometimes a bit slow (but not disturbed). the dining room is clean and beautifully furnished, but you can see some details (including columns at the bar) that here was a Greek restaurant in before. I find it especially good that you can also choose a midday and evening buffet. I chose the buffet and did not regret my choice. there were four dishes for selection (lamm,- puten- and chicken curry, as well as a vegetarian curry), which were very well prepared and very tasty tasted. The Naan bread, which was bribed with fresh crumbles, was also particularly good. I'm sure I wasn't here last time.
