"Went with family and friends for Sunday lunch 10 in total ... for my future son in laws birthday ... was quick in coming to take orders for drinks and menu choice ....then it went down hill ..... Starters was fine .. then had to wait a considerably amount of time for the main course to arrive .... and when it did .it was very dissatisfied vegetables was cold and hard ... and roast beef was not only rare but virtually Uncooked in the middle and once again cold in middle after complaining they offered fresh veg.... but the carrots came out when food was half consumed . Potatoes when we all he 'd finished eating .... to say service was very slow and only 2/3 serving food for the whole restaurant...... shan 't be in a hurry yo go back again ... as for the price could 've had a better hot meal in a pub restaurant .... at less cost"

Lovely lovely food in here. Prices are very reasonable. Loved the ambiance in here. Mood lighting and chilled atmosphere. Service is very good. Exactly what you'd expect from an establishment such as this.

a nice bar as soon as we came out of the lift after we made the NHS track, we were shown on our table and a free glass fizz given. the staff was very attentive and made us very welcome. the atmosphere was very relaxing and it was nice to see the view on brayford wharf. in any case worth a visit, the prices were also decent.

Excellent front of house, well met and good welcome. Met at restaurant and led to seats. Bread and olives taken. Not impressed with the bread, needs a selection and more butter for the table. Steak was good. Chips very good. Creamed spinach fine. Over all, the photos of Marco PS don't add anything to what is a fine but not excellent steak dinner.

The food was lovely as were some of the staff. However the restaurant was very cold even after we asked for the heart to be turned up several times. It was also a very long time between the main course and ordering dessert. I was fairly sure I put on n the order that it was a 21st birthday but no fuss was made (i.e. 21 written on the pudding plate).

Service friendly and prompt. Although restaurant very quiet our table for 2 tucked away in corner by window was ideal. Sandwich contents lovely but bread a bit chunky and filling. Scones delicious, as were cakes, but would have preferred another small savoury item instead of one of 5 sweet items provided. Carafe of water only available on request although table set with glasses. A special meal for a special birthday treat

I can press us in the short term. I wanted to celebrate my sons and the service was fantastic. he received a free glass prosecco that was a nice note. menu was quite extensive, really we had calamari, brewed cocktail, suppe and gnocchi to begin followef of fish and chips, burger, huhn and lamb. all well cooked and seasoned. the prices are very reasonable, as it is a raised restaurant. only over £200 for 6 including drinks, appetizers and net was not bad at all.

Floor by the side of the table was covered in food waste, didn't look like it had been cleaned from breakfast service. My starter and steak was delicious but partners meal had elements that weren't right. We were given free desserts as a compensation however I couldn't tell if the base was supposed to be pastry or biscuit as it was mush and there was a problem with partners dessert. The hotel have given us compensation as it was part of our wedding anniversary meal.

satisfactory location in doubletree hilton. available to take a picture with view of brayford while traveling to the restaurant. when they arrive, they will be delighted by very friendly and attentive employees. I had a filet steak au poivre 10/10! that was delicious. my partner had a sirloin and really enjoyed his meal. for the starters we had a goat cheese and beet salad and 1/2 ripple ripple. accompanied by a beautiful bottle of red perfect evening! highly recommended.

"From the outside, it looks like another tacky eatery in a street lined with tacky takeaways. Walk through the door and pleasantly surprised. A little deli counter, a back room then a garden. The garden overlooks a derelict abandoned overgrown garden. Not a problem, I am used to this in Athens. What is the problem, and I don’t see in Athens, tenants throwing rubbish out of their windows into the garden. It is ideal breeding ground for rats. The local environmental health should investigate, and if needed carry out enforcement action. To sit outside or not? Maybe too cool when the sun went in, and too hot if it came out as no shade. I decided to sit inside, near the back door. A red rose on the table is a neat touch. I was the only diner. Oh but we were busier earlier. Strange how I am always told, if you’d have been here when you weren’t here, we were busy. The menu was singurly uninspiring. Why panini’s? Everywhere does paninis. I have never understood why. Or pasta. The choice penne (which I don’t like), or spaghetti (which I dislike slightly less) I chose spaghetti Bolognese. It arrived seemingly quick. I was asked when I placed my order, did I wish for Parmesan cheese? It was added in the kitchen. Usually brought to and added at the table. Spaghetti Bolognese is not an Italian dish. It was an artificial dish with elements of North and South. The spaghetti mediocre at best, the Bolognese sauce excellent. I was going to leave but decided to stay. I chose tiriamasiu for dessert. Coffee, Illy, no thanks. For coffee walk to Madame Waffle or Coffee Aroma. I visited a couple of weeks ago, the previous week I found closed."

"We always have a great meal here. Kine is a little bit different to a lot of restaurants around Lincoln. It totally has it 's own style and vibe. The menu is very compact, with just a handful of starters, mains and deserts. But... That is precisely why I like it. Each option (and I have been 3 times now) is well crafted, full of flavour and just a little bit different AND totally accesible. Everything option feels special, but not intimidating. The battered green beans are incredible, the n 'duja mac 'N ' cheese balls are great, the spiced koftas are full of flavour. The vege options are just as appealing and tasty as the meat options, which for me is an excellent reflection on the creativity and talent of the team. The front of house staff are accomodating, charming, polite and fun and the whole vibe has a bit of the je ne sais quoi about it. For a meal out for a couple, or small group who appreciate good honest and interesting food, I would highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian meals, which are just as tasty as the meat options. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Key Lime Pie, Crispy Tempura Green, Salted Caramel Macadamia Chocolate Tart, Tempura Green Beans and Roasted Cauliflower Hummus, Ras El Hanout Spiced Koftas Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes"
